KIDS CLASSES - Monday & Wednesdays at 5.45pm
TKO kids kickboxing classes cater for children from 5 years of age up and are a fun way to introduce to your children to sport and fitness.
Classes support the development of balance, co-ordination and discipline in young children, as well as boosting self awareness and confidence.
Our kids classes provide small student to instructor ratios maximizing the benefits.


TEEN CLASSES - Monday & Wednesday at 6.30pm
TKO teen kickboxing classes cater for boys and girls from 13 years of age.
Classes build on the foundations of fitness developing balance, co-ordination strenght and speed in a fun and safe enviroment.
Teens through the art of kickboxing will improve work ethic, self awarness and confidence.

ADULT CLASSES
- Monday & Wednesday at 7.30pm
- Tuesday & Thursday at 8pm

Classes cover all the foundations of fitness; cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, balance, co-ordination, strenght and speed in a fun and safe enviroment.

Fitness Testing
To help our members set and evaluate their goals we provide optional fitness testing within our classes.
These tests are suitable for all levels of fitness and provide metrics which can be used by both the member and instructors to monitor progress.
Nutrition Advice
At TKO we encourage a healthy maintanable lifestyle based around both fitness and nutrition.
For no extra cost members can avail of information and plans on healthy nutrition, no fad diets just sensible proven information.
Body Composition Analysis
Another option to members in setting goals and targets is body composition analysis.
This provides detailed measurements of weight, body fat percentage and body size. And again allows members to track progess and set goals.
